This role is perfect for individuals who love guiding students, are confident communicators, and thrive in a performance-driven environment. As an Academic Counsellor, you'll play a key role in converting leads into successful enrollments through effective counselling and sales strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel students about our accounting courses and career opportunities
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses
- Drive admissions and meet monthly enrollment targets
- Maintain detailed records using CRM tools
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for effective lead nurturing
