We are seeking a motivated **Research Associate (Synthesis R&D)** to join our team. The role involves **designing and executing synthetic routes**, developing new molecules, and supporting scale-up activities while ensuring compliance with laboratory safety and documentation standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan and perform **multi-step organic synthesis**.
- Characterize compounds using analytical techniques (NMR, HPLC, LCMS, GC, IR, etc.).
- Optimize reaction conditions and improve yields.
- Maintain detailed lab records and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with process and analytical R&D teams.
**Qualification**:
- **M.Sc. / Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry**.
- 3-6 years of experience in **Synthetic R&D** (pharma/chemical industry).
- Strong knowledge of reaction mechanisms and modern synthetic techniques.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
