**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles including Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Embedded Software Engineers, CAE Engineers, Validation Engineers, Hardware Engineers, MBD Engineers, CAD Designers, CNC Programmers, Quality Engineers, Safety Engineers, PLC Programmers, and Systems Engineers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, qualifications, and technical skills needed.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events to identify top talent.

**Responsibilities**:

- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably within the Automotive, Aerospace, Medical Devices, Oil & Gas, or Energy industries.
- Strong understanding of technical roles such as Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, CAE Engineers, Validation Engineers, PLC Programmers, and more.
- Proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, and other industry-specific job boards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously and prioritize effectively
