**Responsibilities**:

- **Storyboard Interpretation**: Collaborate with instructional designers to understand and interpret storyboards, ensuring alignment with educational objectives.
- **Animation Development**:Create visually appealing and effective 2D animations that enhance the learning experience, incorporating relevant graphics, characters, and visual elements.
- **Character Design**:Develop and design captivating characters that resonate with the target audience while maintaining consistency throughout the eLearning modules.
- **Motion Graphics**:Generate dynamic motion graphics to convey complex concepts and information in a clear and engaging manner.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with instructional designers, graphic designers, and other team members to ensure a seamless integration of animations into eLearning courses.
- **Feedback Incorporation**:Actively participate in feedback sessions, incorporating constructive feedback to refine and enhance animations based on client and team input.
- **Technical Proficiency**:Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in animation software/tools to continually improve and implement the latest techniques in the eLearning content creation process.
- **Timeline Management**:Meet project deadlines by efficiently managing time and resources, while maintaining a high standard of quality in animations.
- **Quality Assurance**:Conduct thorough quality checks on animations to ensure they meet the company's standards and are error-free before final implementation.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:Bachelor's degree in Animation, Multimedia, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a 2D Animator with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of animation styles and techniques.
- **Software Skills**:Proficient in industry-standard animation software such as Adobe Animate, Adobe After effects ,Toon Boom Harmony, or equivalent tools.
- **Creativity**: Strong creative and artistic skills with the ability to bring concepts to life through animation.
- **Communication**:Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and concepts to team members.
- **Adaptability**:Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines while maintaining a high level of creativity and quality.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
