Unified is looking for experienced Call Centre Customer Service Representatives to handle Inbound Customer Service calls from existing customers.
- Full-Time or Part Time positions available
- **Fluent in speaking, writing and reading English Required**:

- Great, secure location
- Shift timings overnight
- Salary can be paid out any way you prefer - weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly or monthly

**Requirements**:

- Experience working in a Call Centre Sales environment handling incoming and/or making outgoing calls
- Customer Service oriented in developing and maintaining a positive customer interaction
- Strong English communication and people skills - written and verbal communication
- Open to flexibility in schedule including working extended or extra shifts
- Providing an exceptional customer service experience on every call

- Rotational shift
