**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct consultations with clients to understand their visa needs and provide tailored advice.
- Stay updated with the latest visa regulations and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client queries and concerns.
- Identify sales opportunities and promote additional services that could benefit the client.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for attracting new clients.
- Conduct seminars and workshops on visa processes and opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Visa Counselor or in a similar role.
- Strong sales background with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.
- Knowledgeable in various types of visas and immigration laws.
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
