**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **IELTS Preparation**:

- Deliver engaging and informative online lessons to students preparing for the IELTS exam.
- Provide individualized feedback and support to students on each component of the IELTS exam: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
- Conduct mock tests and practice sessions to help students become familiar with the test format.
- Provide personalized learning plans and track students' progress.
- **Content Creation and Development**:

- Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and practice exercises tailored to the needs of the students.
- Stay updated with changes to the IELTS exam format and share useful information with students.
- Create and maintain a library of study materials, including worksheets, practice tests, and reference guides.
- **Student Support**:

- Assist students in improving their academic writing, speaking fluency, and listening skills.
- Answer student queries and provide constructive feedback to help students progress.
- Monitor and assess students' performance and suggest improvements based on test results.
- **Online Classes and Communication**:

- Conduct live virtual classes through platforms like Zoom, Skype, Google Meet, or similar tools.
- Maintain open communication with students and respond to their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct one-on-one sessions or group classes, depending on student requirements.
- **Progress Reporting**:

- Track student progress and provide regular feedback on their improvements.
- Maintain records of students’ performances, attendance, and goals.
- Provide performance analysis and suggest specific areas for improvement.

Pay: ₹25,090.15 - ₹35,414.47 per month
