**Responsibilities**:

- Liaising regularly with the Finance department and validating the KYC (Know Your Customer) documents in order to facilitate customers' monetary transactions.
- Being aware and keeping up to date with all the procedures related to your department.
- Being able to point out any process weaknesses and escalate it to the management.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in customer service is prefer
- Experience in KYC validation is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in Business, Communication, or a related field is a plus.
- Fluent in French (both written and spoken), English is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering high-quality service. Positive attitude and a team player.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong ethical standards and integrity.
