**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and executing **social media strategies** for diverse clients.

- Create engaging content (text, image, and video) aligned with brand goals and audience interests.
- Run and monitor **Facebook & Instagram Ads**, optimize them for performance.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to bring campaigns to life.

**Requirements**:

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of **Meta Ads Manager** (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
- Familiarity with **content planning tools** (e.g., Trello, Notion, Google Sheets, or any planner).
- Creativity and a strong understanding of what works across different social platforms.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Passionate about digital marketing and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in handling social media pages or ad accounts is a plus.
