**Job Title: Cashier**
**Location**: Stories Furniture and Accessories Showroom, Cochin

Stories Furniture and Accessories is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Cashier to join our dynamic team at our Cochin showroom. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling transactions, and ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout experience for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner as they enter the showroom.
- Process all customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments securely.
- Maintain and reconcile cash register at the start and end of each shift.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information as needed.
- Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the checkout area.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Provide receipts and process returns or exchanges when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and store policies.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- BCom Graduation
- Proven experience as a cashier or in customer service (preferably in a retail or showroom setting).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash and transactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
