**Job description**

Responsible for end to end product development and commercialization of products in Agri Biological. Responsible for managing the team for the product development, designing, executing the same.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Experience in research and development of new products for agriculture.

Bio prospecting of novel microbes with potential for industrialization and commercialization as agri-inputs.

Microbial formulation for agri biological
- Bio fertilizer, Bio pesticides, Bio fungicides, Bio-inoculations, Bio stimulants, PGPR Bacterial and fungal.

Expertise in various downstream processes like freeze drying, spray drying, centrifugation etc. at both lab scale and commercial scale.

Expression optimization with varying pH, Temp, Media, and additives at small scale and scale up cultures in shake flask.

Process improvement of Fungal and Bacterial systems. Knowledge of Microbial testing, culture isolation, Characterization & purification etc.

Experience in the upstream, shake flask technology, fermentation, product formulation for microbial based products like Bio fertilizers/ Bio fungicide/ Bio pesticide.

Efficiently handled the entire upstream and downstream process development for production

Identification of different strains by microscopy and check for the contaminants. Culture maintenance, lyophilisation of culture for long storage.

Experience in developing water-soluble formulations of microbial-based products.

**Eligibility**:

- M.Sc Microbiology/Biotechnology relevant experience in FMCG, Agro-based industry are preferable

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
