Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Project Design**:

- Collaborate with senior architects to develop architectural designs in response to project specifications and client requirements.
- Assist in creating concept sketches, renderings, and presentation materials.
- **Drafting and Documentation**:

- Produce detailed architectural drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Contribute to the preparation of construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- **3D Modeling**:

- Create and maintain 3D models of architectural designs to visualize and communicate design concepts.
- Work with visualization tools to present design ideas to clients and project stakeholders.
- **Site Analysis**:

- Assist in conducting site visits and analysis to gather information for project design.
- Contribute to feasibility studies and site selection processes.
- **Codes and Regulations**:

- Stay informed about local building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements.
- Ensure design compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- **Materials and Specifications**:

- Research and assist in selecting appropriate materials and finishes for architectural projects.
- Contribute to the preparation of project specifications.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the architectural team, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated and integrated project delivery.
- Participate in design charrettes and team meetings.
- **Professional Development**:

- Actively seek opportunities for professional development and stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.**:

- **Previous internship or entry-level experience in an architectural firm is preferred.**:

- **Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, 3D modeling tools, and Adobe Creative Suite.**:

- **Strong design and visualization skills.**:

- **Knowledge of architectural principles, construction techniques, and materials.**:

- **Understanding of building codes and regulations.**:

- **Excellent communication and teamwork skills.**:

- **Ability to take initiative and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.**:

- **Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in drafting and documentation.**:

- **A willingness to contribute to a collaborative and creative work environment.**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
