**What you will be doing**:

- Provides technical support activities for a software production processing environment.
- Detects, diagnoses and reports related problems.
- Provides consultation to internal users with regard to software capabilities and use.
- Uses appropriate diagnostic tools to isolate and resolve incidents, problems or known errors.
- Verifies technical specifications for development projects.
- Acts as project liaison/Services Delivery advocate on projects

**What you bring**:

- Skilled at working with web product installations:

- IIS
- SSO Integration (OARS uses OKTA)
- Managing SSL certificate\key exchanges and working with OARS on DNS related activities, particularly for cutting over from old to new environment.
- MS SQL experience and understanding metadata to configure, run queries for troubleshooting, provide guidance to FIS Centralized DBA Teams who don't know the Omni products.
- Basic understanding of OmniLink and how to read / interpret API logs for troubleshooting.
- Experience / Working knowledge of Apache for load balancing
- Experience / Working knowledge of JBOSS
- Experience / Working knowledge of Akamai (FIS's denial of service (DOS) security tool)
- Understanding of the Omni Web Solution framework and its capabilities (hot folders, file sweeps, etc.)
