**Job Summary**:As a Salesman at Urban Accent, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for promoting our clothing products, assisting customers in their purchasing decisions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This role requires a customer-focused, energetic, and self-motivated individual who is passionate about fashion and can effectively communicate the benefits of our membership and inventory systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information about our clothing products and the benefits of our membership and direct purchase systems.
- Offer personalized assistance to customers in selecting the right clothing items.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and product-related questions.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales area, ensuring that inventory is well-presented.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and stay informed about fashion trends.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common sales goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in retail sales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong knowledge and interest in fashion and clothing products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Sales-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic about achieving sales targets.
- Basic computer skills for point-of-sale transactions.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
