**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop and implement the national solar sales strategy to achieve organizational revenue and growth targets.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competition in the solar sector.
- Forecast sales projections and develop plans to meet them effectively.
- **Team Leadership and Development**:

- Build, lead, and manage a high-performing national sales team.
- Provide regular training and development opportunities to ensure the team stays updated with industry trends and technologies.
- Set performance goals, monitor achievements, and conduct performance reviews.
- **Business Development**:

- Identify and establish relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders in the solar energy sector.
- Drive business expansion through partnerships, large-scale projects, and new market penetration.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.
- **Operational Management**:

- Monitor and ensure the execution of sales strategies and activities across all regions.
- Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to support sales initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- **Financial Management**:

- Prepare and manage the national sales budget.
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue, margins, and profitability.
- Implement cost-effective measures to optimize resources.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- **Experience**: Minimum 10-12 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the solar energy or renewable energy sector.
- Strong understanding of the solar energy market, products, and technologies.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
