**Job Description: Billing Staff**

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Staff member to join our team. The Billing Staff will be responsible for accurately processing invoices, managing billing records, and ensuring timely payment collection. This role requires strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate and process accurate invoices for products and services rendered to clients.
- Verify the accuracy of billing data, including pricing, quantities, and discounts.
- Monitor accounts receivable to track outstanding invoices and follow up with clients to facilitate timely payment.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes in collaboration with internal teams and clients.
- Maintain billing records and documentation in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Prepare monthly billing reports and financial statements for management review.
- Reconcile billing records with accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
- Stay updated on billing regulations, industry standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in billing, accounts receivable, or related financial roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and billing systems
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with billing regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision as well as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
