**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a responsible and dedicated **Collection Exe.** to assist in the timely collection of payments from customers, clients, or vendors. This role involves excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and professionalism while ensuring the recovery of dues.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate records of collected payments and receipts.
- Coordinate with the finance or billing department to ensure collection goals are met.
- Follow up with clients via phone or in-person for pending payments.
- Submit collected cash/cheques to the office as per protocol.
- Handle customer inquiries or concerns politely and professionally.
- Ensure safety and confidentiality of customer information and company assets.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in collections or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Honest, reliable, and well-groomed.
- Basic understanding of record keeping and receipts.

For More Details:
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
