**Position Title**: Motion Graphics & 3D Animator

**Location**: Mumbai, in office

**Reports To**: Marketing Communications Manager

**Position Summary**:
c3digitus, a subsidiary of c3controls is looking for a talented Motion Graphics Designer with 3D animation skills to bring our clients and our own brand to life through dynamic visuals, engaging animations, and stunning 3D renderings. If you love storytelling through motion, thrive on creativity, and can turn concepts into eye-catching animations, this role is for you You’ll work closely with the creative and marketing teams in Mumbai and the U.S. to create content that captivates audiences and drives engagement across digital platforms.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Create motion graphics, 2D/3D modeling and animations, and video editing for marketing, social media, and promotional materials.
- Develop storyboards, concepts, and style frames to bring ideas to life.
- Work closely with the creative and video production teams to edit and enhance video content with animated elements.
- Ensure brand consistency across all motion graphics and animations.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in animation, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrable proficiency in motion graphics software like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Proficient in Blender 3D software.
- Strong knowledge of video editing, compositing, and post-production techniques.
- Ability to create storyboards, animatics, and concept animations.
- Ability to produce quickly, something within hours, is a plus.
- A keen eye for visual storytelling, timing, detailing and motion dynamics.
- Experience working with marketing teams, social media content, and brand campaigns is a plus.
- Excellent, professional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to easily communicate in the English language.
- Ability to take feedback constructively.
- Ability to balance simultaneous projects and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently and cooperatively within a team.
- Must be able to produce a recent portfolio of your work.

**Education & Work Experience**:

- Degree or Certificate in Motion Graphics, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2+ years of experience in motion graphics, 3D modeling, texturing and animation, and video production.
- A strong portfolio/demo reel showcasing motion graphics and 3D animation work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
