1. The head of sales has the primary role of leading the sales wing & overseeing sales activities
2. Training and monitoring the team to get the best out of them.
3. End-to-end lead management and lead analysis
4. They are handling the final counseling of prospective students and helping them decide on a particular course and successful conversion to admission.
5. Planning and execution of campus tours for parents and students
6. Handling and monitoring the end-to-end admission process, collection of documents, preliminary verification of documents, eligibility check, and issuing admission letters and loan documents once admission is completed
7. Maintain regular communication with parents & students even after the admission and takes feedback and connect with various departments if they have any concerns.
8. Maintain a less attrition rate
9. Handling the end-to-end admission process, collecting documents, eligibility check,s and issuing admission letters and loan documents
10. Planning and execution of end-to-end reporting process.
11. Maintaining EOD, EOW, & Monthly reports regarding the sales activities & admissions and reporting the same to the director of Admission & Executive Director
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Day range:
- Weekend only

- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- total work: 2 years (preferred)
