ixamBee is a team of professionals who have previously worked in the IT, Banking, and finance sectors (RBI, MakeMyTrip, SIDBI, ICICI Bank, CARE Rating, HDFC Bank) and graduated from top institutes such as IIM Ahmedabad, ISB Hyderabad, IIT Roorkee, Delhi University, and others.

Role Overview

As a Quantitative Aptitude (QA) Faculty, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development and execution of QA section in all courses of ixamBee. You will create high-quality study materials in the form of videos and notes, mock tests, and online learning resources while ensuring alignment with industry trends and exam requirements. This role requires a strong blend of expertise in Quants, academic acumen, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality classes (live and recorded) on Quantitative Aptitude for exams like Bank PO, RBI Grade B, SEBI Grade A, NABARD Grade A, Insurance Exams, SSC, etc.
- Develop course materials including practice questions, quizzes, tests, and explanatory notes.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, test discussions, and mentoring support for students.
- Analyze students' performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with the content and product teams to enhance learning outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, trends, and syllabus changes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline.
- Strong command over all topics of Quantitative Aptitude.
- Prior teaching experience in the test-prep industry (offline or online) is preferred.
- Ability to explain concepts in a simple, engaging, and student-friendly manner.
- Comfort with technology - experience with online teaching platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for education and helping students achieve their goals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 3 years (preferred)
- Content development: 2 years (preferred)
