_The Marketing Staff position is responsible for supporting the marketing manager in the development and execution of marketing strategies. This includes developing and managing marketing campaigns, creating and distributing marketing materials, and tracking and analyzing marketing results._
- Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Track and analyze marketing results to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date on marketing trends and best practices.
- Work with other departments to ensure that marketing activities are aligned with the company's overall goals.
- Procuring new clients by conducting market survey to target potential prospects and collaboration with the marketing department.
- Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.

**Individual Requirements**:

- Ability to bring lead generation/ demand generation activities..
- Quick learner and ability to grasp new concepts and outreach theories.
- Resourceful, with outstanding research skills. Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behaviour.
- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
- Professional yet affable disposition.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
