We are expanding our **Accounts & Finance team** and looking for talented professionals to join us at our **BKC, Mumbai** Head Office.

**Open Positions**:
**Senior Executives ,** **Assistant Managers ,** **Managers**

**Eligibility Criteria**:
**Age**: 21-42 years
**Experience**:
**Accounts Payable & Billing**
- Processing vendor invoices, approvals, and payments while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Managing payment cycles, reconciliations, and vendor account settlements.
- Monitoring outstanding payments and handling discrepancies with suppliers.

**High-Volume Invoice Processing**
- Handling large volumes of invoices efficiently and ensuring timely payments.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

**GST & TDS Compliance**
- Accurate calculation and timely filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.)
- Deducting and depositing TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) as per statutory guidelines.
- Preparing and filing TDS returns (24Q, 26Q, 27Q, etc.) and resolving mismatches.

**Transfer Pricing & Taxation**
- Understanding domestic & international tax laws related to intercompany transactions.
- Coordinating with tax consultants for assessments & tax audits.

**Foreign Exchange Transactions (Forex & International Payments)**
- Handling cross-border transactions including vendor payments and intercompany transfers.
- Complying with RBI/FEMA (Foreign Exchange Management Act) regulations for international remittances.

**Team Handling Experience (Added Advantage)**
- Leading and mentoring a team of accountants, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Delegating tasks, reviewing work, and training team members on financial policies & compliance.
- Coordinating with internal & external stakeholders to ensure seamless financial operations.

**Education**:

- **CA / Inter CA / B.Com** with strong core experience in accounts & finance

**Joining Availability**: Immediate to **1-2 months** preferred
**Job Location**: BKC, Mumbai
**Salary**: Best in industry

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
