Job Title

Team Member - Packing

**Job Description**:
1.1 On line documentation for cGMP documents.

1.2 Compliance status of area as per requirement.

1.3 Close audit observation within stipulated time period.

1.4 Training of workforce for cGMP & operations at shop floor.

1.5 Maintaining discipline at shop floor.

1.6 Training and Development of SMT’S for operational excellence.

1.7 Check workforce availability and allocation.

1.8 Follow up with QA and QC for release of the product at different stages.

1.9 Communicate specification of each product gathered from R&D team, RA and BPR to the

Team members. Interface with R&D to validate changes in specification sheet.

1.10 Resolve issues and escalation faced during manufacturing and packing process.

1.11 Responsible for Change Control Management and Incident Management.

1.12 Responsible for operation and supervision of all activity in production area.

1.13 Give product wise training to team and mentoring/ coaching for team members.

1.14 Responsible for Preparation and Execution of SOP.

1.15 Prepare team for audit readiness; Visit area and check on cleanliness, arrangement of

Equipment’s, personnel hygiene for internal and external audits.

1.16 Follow up with maintenance team to close the issues in order to ensure that break down and

Preventive maintenance is done regularly and machines/equipment’s are in good condition.

1.17 Handling of Validation (Cleaning Validation, Computer system validation and Process

validation), and Qualification protocols and reports.

1.18 Preparation and Execution of all Miscellaneous Protocols and Reports.

1.19 All responsibility given by department head.

Alternate Qualification : Blister Packing Romaco, BQS Operation

Expected Skills : Primary and secondary packingPacking
