Job Title: Special Educator

**Location**: Wadala
**Qualification**: RCI Certified (Rehabilitation Council of India)
**Salary Range**: 45,001 to 50,000 INR per month
**Experience Required**: 2-5 years

**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)**: Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans for students, catering to their specific learning requirements.
- **Instructional Support**: Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet the varying needs and learning styles of students.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Conduct assessments to determine students’ progress, strengths, and areas needing improvement, and adjust IEPs accordingly.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with teachers, parents, therapists, and other educational staff to create comprehensive support systems for students.
- **Behavioral Support**: Develop and implement positive behavior strategies to promote social and academic success.
- **Progress Tracking**: Maintain detailed records of students' progress and report on their development to parents and relevant stakeholders.
- **Inclusive Activities**: Facilitate group activities and collaborative learning that promote peer interaction and inclusivity.
- **Workshops and Training**: Conduct training sessions for teachers and staff on best practices for inclusive education and accommodating students with special needs.
- **Parent Communication**: Maintain regular communication with parents or guardians, providing them with updates and strategies to support learning at home.

**Qualifications**:

- RCI certification in Special Education.
- 2-5 years of experience working as a Special Educator or in a related role.
- Strong understanding of various learning disabilities and intervention techniques.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build trusting relationships with students.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using assistive technology and tools for special education.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,457.62 - ₹42,231.27 per month
