**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Making outbound calls**:Telecallers are responsible for initiating outgoing calls to potential customers or existing clients. They may be given a list of phone numbers to contact or provided with leads to follow up on.
- **Customer engagement**:Telecallers engage with customers over the phone, aiming to build rapport, understand their needs, and provide information about products, services, or promotions. They should have excellent communication skills to effectively convey the message and address customer queries.
- **Sales and lead generation**:One of the primary goals of telecallers is to generate sales leads or directly sell products or services. They need to promote offerings, explain their benefits, and persuade potential customers to take action, such as making a purchase or scheduling an appointment.
- **Maintaining customer records**:Telecallers should accurately record customer information, including contact details, preferences, and interactions. They may use customer relationship management (CRM) systems or databases to manage and update these records.
- **Achieving targets**:Telecallers often have sales or performance targets to meet, such as a specific number of sales, leads generated, or customer satisfaction metrics. They need to work towards achieving these targets and may be evaluated based on their performance.
- **Following scripts and guidelines**:Many telecallers work with predefined scripts or guidelines provided by the company. While following these scripts, they should also be able to adapt their approach based on customer responses and needs, ensuring a personalized and engaging conversation.
- **Providing feedback and suggestions**:Telecallers often interact closely with customers and have insights into their preferences, concerns, and suggestions. They may be responsible for providing feedback to their team leaders or managers to improve products, services, or sales strategies.
- **Maintaining professionalism**:Telecallers should maintain a professional and courteous demeanor throughout their interactions with customers. They represent the company's brand and should adhere to ethical and legal standards in their communication and behavior.
- **Time management**:Telecallers often have specific targets and must manage their time effectively to make a certain number of calls within a given timeframe.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Above Minimum of 3 years of experience in Tele calling.
- Knowledge in MS Office.
- Excellent verbal communication skill in English. They should be able to articulate their thoughts clearly, listen actively, and effectively.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Trichur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Telecommunication: 3 years (preferred)
