Designation : Customer Support Associate (CSA)

Process **:Mahindra Holidays Process**

Location **:Chandivali, Mumbai**

Job Role : Managing Customer Queries on Calls.

Job Type : Work from Office.

Working window
- 24x7 (For Male)

9 hours between - 7am to 9pm (For females)

Working days : 6 days Working/ One day rotational off

Age Limit : 18 to 35 years

**Eligibility**:

- Fluency in Verbal English is required.
- Typing speed : 25WPM with 85% accuracy
- **Qualification
- Graduation with Minimum 6 months of BPO Experience (Into Customer Service)**

**Note**:No Transport services will be provided even for night shifts.
