Matalia stock Broking pvt.ltd. is seeking a dedicated and motivated IT HARDWARE INTERN to join our team. this internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the IT sector, specifically in HARDWARE maintenance and support within a dynamic stock-broking environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computer hardware and peripherals.
- Provide support for network and connectivity issues, including LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi setup and maintenance.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure high performance and security.
- Document technical issues and their resolutions, maintaining clear records of system updates.
- Collaborate with team members to support hardware upgrades, replacements, and troubleshooting processes.
- Ensure that all IT-related issues are resolved promptly, keeping mínimal downtime for the team.

**Required Skills**:

- Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting IT hardware, including desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and provide effective support.
- Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred but not required).
