We are seeking a highly enthusiastic and skilled Videography Artist to join our creative team and play a pivotal role in visually communicating our brand and client stories.

**Role Overview**:
The Videography Artist will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, and editing high-quality video and photographic content for a variety of purposes, including advertising campaigns, documentaries, social media promotions, and live event coverage. This role demands a strong artistic vision, technical proficiency across various shooting platforms, and the ability to create engaging and compelling visual narratives.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Conceptualization and Storyboarding**: Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project objectives and develop creative concepts, storyboards, and shot lists for video productions.
- **Video Production (Mobile & Professional)**: Proficiently operate both smartphone cameras and professional video cameras (DSLRs, mirrorless, cinema cameras) to capture high-quality footage in diverse settings.
- **Photography**: Capture professional-grade photographs for marketing materials, website content, and social media.
- **Live Event Coverage**: Skillfully shoot live events such as sports matches, performances, and corporate gatherings, ensuring key moments are captured effectively and dynamically.
- **Instagram Reels Creation**: Develop and execute creative and engaging short-form video content specifically optimized for Instagram Reels and other short-form video platforms.
- **Creative Direction**: Possess a strong creative direction mindset, contributing innovative ideas and ensuring visual consistency across all video and photo projects.
- **Video Editing**: Expertly edit video footage using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to create polished, engaging final products with appropriate pacing, music, graphics, and effects.
- **Photo Editing**: Professionally edit photographs using software like Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom to enhance visual appeal and ensure brand consistency.
- **Storytelling through Visuals**: Demonstrate a strong ability to convey narratives and brand messages effectively through compelling video and photographic storytelling.
- **Equipment Management**: Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of personal videography and photography equipment.
- **Collaboration**: Work effectively with other team members, including graphic designers, copywriters, and marketing specialists.
- **Adherence to Brand Guidelines**: Ensure all visual content aligns with Space Technologies' brand guidelines and client brand requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a Videographer and Photographer, showcasing a strong portfolio of diverse video and photographic work.
- Demonstrated expertise in creating professional videos for advertising, documentaries, and social media promotions.
- Proficiency in shooting high-quality video using both smartphone cameras and professional camera systems.
- Must possess and maintain personal professional-grade videography and photography equipment (cameras, lenses, lighting, audio recording devices, etc.).
- Strong creative direction and conceptualization skills.
- Proven ability to create engaging and visually appealing content specifically for Instagram Reels and other short-form video platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in shooting live events (e.g., sports, performances) with dynamic and effective coverage.
- An artistic eye and a strong understanding of visual composition, lighting, and aesthetics.
- Excellent storytelling capabilities through video and photography.
- Extensive experience in video and photo editing using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Strong understanding of video and photo formats, codecs, and optimization for various platforms.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a strong passion for visual storytelling.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹2,000.00 per day
