We are currently seeking a highly skilled and creative Interior Designer cum Supervisor with expertise in AUTOCAD, SKETCHUP, and LUMION. This individual will play a crucial role in bringing innovative design concepts to life while managing and overseeing projects from inception to completion.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Create detailed interior design plans and layouts using AutoCAD.

2. Develop 3D models and visualizations with SketchUp to effectively communicate design concepts.

3. Utilize Lumion to produce high-quality renderings and virtual walkthroughs for presentations.

4. Manage and supervise projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

5. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and incorporate it into the design process.

6. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to execute design plans effectively.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion.

2. A portfolio showcasing previous projects and design proficiency using the mentioned software.

3. Excellent communication and project management skills.

4. Ability to work well in a team and lead when necessary.

5. Degree in Interior Design or a related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
