To set process parameters whenever mould changes & monitoring the process.
- Usage of raw materials as per job card / standard recipe. Adherences to process parameters and monitoring during the shift.
- Manpower planning & handling as per machine loading plan.
- Quality inspection of the semi - finished / finished product during the shift.
- Daily analysis of material consumption & Downtimes.
- Ensured proper mixing of raw materials and master batch during shift.
- Conductive trails of new mould and raw material
- Condition monitoring of the plant during the shift.
- To execute the shift production targets as per production planning with trouble shooting during the operation.

Minimum HS or any graduate will work.

Experience should be 2 to 5 years.
