Profile: Travel Sales Consultant (US Process)

**Salary**: Up to 45k plus incentives

Location: Dwarka sec 11

Shift/Off: Rotational Shift and offs

Experience: Min 2-3 years in US travel sales.

**Job Type**: Full Time (WFO)

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Help Customers, identify their ideal travel plans based on their interests and requirements.
- **Excellent Knowledge of any GDS (Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre, Apollo, Worldspan)**:

- **Issuance and re-issuance**:

- Negotiate any customizations or modifications requested and accommodate them to the best level possible.
- Resolve any problem that arises regarding the trip for the Guests.
- Regularly update a database containing Guest details and travel information.
- Reach the sales and revenue targets.
- Date Change, Schedule Change, and Refunds.
- Determining client's needs and suggesting suitable travel packages on calls Offering the best available deals and converting them into Sales.
- Need to assertively handle all calls and keep a strong track of follow-ups.
- Exemplary sales skills and customer-oriented approach.
- Responsible for generating revenue for the company Handling Inbound calls.
- Achieve the profit targets.

**Requirements**:

- **1+ years of proven experience in US Voice Process inbound Travel Sales (US/International Travel Process).**:

- Good Geographical Knowledge i.e. City codes, Airport/Train Stations, etc.
- Interacting with the Airlines.
- Must have Excellent Communication Skills (both verbal & written in English).
- Travel sales process.
- Excellent convincing power and negotiation skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:
