**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Planning and Delivery**:

- Develop and deliver engaging and effective lessons in **Physics**, **Chemistry**, and **Biology**.
- Create and implement a curriculum that aligns with educational standards and student learning objectives.
- Incorporate various teaching methods and resources (labs, technology, multimedia, etc.) to cater to different learning styles.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment where all students are encouraged to participate.
- Manage classroom behavior and foster a culture of respect and collaboration among students.
- **Assessment and Feedback**:

- Regularly assess student performance through tests, quizzes, assignments, and practical work.
- Provide constructive feedback on student work and offer guidance for improvement.
- Track and monitor individual student progress and identify areas for additional support.
- **Lab and Practical Activities**:

- Plan and conduct laboratory experiments for **Physics**, **Chemistry**, and **Biology**, ensuring student safety.
- Encourage students to develop practical scientific skills and critical thinking through hands-on activities and experiments.
- Supervise and ensure the correct handling of scientific equipment and materials.
- **Exam Preparation**:

- Prepare students for national/international exams (e.g., GCSE, A-Level, SATs) in **Physics**, **Chemistry**, and **Biology**.
- Provide extra support for students who require it, including revision sessions and one-on-one tutoring.
- **Student Engagement**:

- Inspire curiosity in students about the natural world and encourage scientific exploration.
- Motivate students to ask questions, think critically, and pursue their own scientific inquiries.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other science teachers to coordinate lesson plans, share resources, and develop interdisciplinary projects.
- Collaborate with the school’s administration and other staff members to improve overall teaching standards and student outcomes.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay current with developments in science education and integrate new findings, technologies, and best practices into teaching methods.
- Participate in workshops, seminars, and professional development opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Physics**, **Chemistry**, **Biology**, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Teaching certification or qualification in education (e.g., PGCE, TEFL, or equivalent).
- Proven experience teaching **Physics**, **Chemistry**, and **Biology** at [specific grade levels/age groups].
- Familiarity with educational standards and examination requirements (e.g., GCSE, A-Level).
- Ability to engage students and inspire a love for science.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Ability to explain complex scientific concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to handle diverse groups of students.
- Familiarity with modern teaching tools and educational technology (e.g., virtual labs, multimedia presentations).
- Passion for science education and student development.
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prepare and organize lessons, materials, and assessments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.26 per month
