We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Pharmacist with 2-3 years of experience to ensure safe and effective medication use, collaborate with healthcare teams, and deliver excellent patient care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Medication Management**: Ensure safe and accurate dispensing, monitor drug interactions, and optimize medication therapy.
- **Collaboration with Healthcare Team**: Work with doctors, nurses, and other professionals to improve patient care and treatment plans.
- **Compounding & Special Needs**: Prepare customized medications, including sterile formulations, for patient-specific needs.
- **Patient Safety**: Review prescriptions for appropriateness and provide recommendations to prevent adverse effects.
- **Patient Counseling**: Educate patients on proper medication use, side effects, and adherence.
- **Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring**: Identify and report adverse drug reactions and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- **Dispensing Medication**: Accurately dispense and label medications, ensuring proper dosage and instructions.
- **Clinical Pharmacy Services**: Provide medication reviews, therapeutic monitoring, and support in clinical rounds.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain medication stock levels, monitor expiration dates, and ensure regulatory compliance.
