**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential buyers and sellers from provided leads or databases.
- Explain property features, pricing, and location benefits to clients.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with sales or field executives.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Follow up with interested clients and nurture leads to generate closures.
- Handle inbound calls, answer queries professionally, and convert inquiries into leads.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports of call status and lead generation.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Graduation.
- Prior telecalling or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Strong verbal communication in [languages like English, Hindi, and regional language].
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel/CRM tools.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

**Working Days & Hours**:

- Working Days, Monday to Saturday
- Time, 09:30 AM to 6:30 PM
