We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our creative team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital products and ensuring a seamless user experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality designs that meet both user needs and business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
User Research:

- Conduct user research to understand user behavior, needs, and preferences.
- Analyze data and user feedback to inform design decisions.

Wireframing and Prototyping:

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize and test design concepts.
- Iterate and refine designs based on feedback and user testing.

UI Design:

- Develop visually appealing user interfaces that align with the brand's identity and guidelines.
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency in implementation.

User Testing:

- Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Incorporate user feedback into design iterations.

Collaboration:

- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design alignment with business goals.
- Communicate and present design ideas and solutions effectively.

Design Guidelines:

- Maintain and evolve design guidelines and style libraries to ensure consistency across products.

Stay Updated:

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work and process.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic understanding of front-end development is a plus.
- Experience with user research techniques and usability testing is preferred.

**Experience required**:
6 months - 1 year

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
