Marketing Executive

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Field Marketing Executive to join our tours and travel team. The role involves promoting travel packages and services by building relationships with clients, travel agencies, corporate partners, and other stakeholders. This position is highly field-based, requiring frequent travel to meet potential clients, promote our travel services, and represent the company at various events and exhibitions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Direct Client Engagement**:

- Visit travel agencies, corporate offices, schools, and other potential clients to promote travel packages and services.
- Present and explain travel deals, destinations, and tours to clients, highlighting the value and unique experiences offered by the company.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure continued business.
- **On-Ground Marketing Activities**:

- Conduct on-ground marketing activities such as distributing promotional materials, brochures, and flyers at events, fairs, or high-traffic areas.
- Organize and participate in travel exhibitions, roadshows, and other outdoor events to raise brand awareness.
- Create and manage promotional displays at partner locations such as airports, hotels, and shopping malls.
- **Lead Generation and Follow-Up**:

- Generate leads through field visits, networking, and participation in events.
- Collect contact information from potential clients and follow up on inquiries to convert leads into sales.
- Maintain a database of potential clients, updating details after each visit.
- **Market Research and Competitor Analysis**:

- Gather feedback from clients and customers about their travel needs, preferences, and trends.
- Monitor competitors’ marketing activities and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends to offer timely and relevant travel solutions.
- **Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Teams**:

- Work closely with the internal marketing and sales teams to align field strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Provide feedback from field visits to help refine marketing strategies and product offerings.
- **Brand Representation**:

- Act as the face of the company, ensuring professional and courteous representation of the brand at all times.
- Ensure that marketing collateral is well-maintained and accurately reflects the company’s offerings.
- **Reporting and Performance Tracking**:

- Prepare and submit reports on field activities, leads generated, and client interactions.
- Track the performance of marketing campaigns executed on the field and provide recommendations for improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in field marketing, preferably in the tours and travel industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently in the field.
- Willingness to travel extensively for on-ground marketing activities.
- Basic understanding of travel products, services, and the tourism industry.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in B2B marketing and sales, especially within the travel industry.
- Familiarity with the geography of key regions and popular travel destinations.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- minimum 4-5 years experience in marketing field.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
