**Core Responsibilities**:

- **Cross-Functional Coordination**:

- Acts as the primary point of contact between **engineers, sales teams, clients, vendors, and on-site staff**.
- Ensures smooth communication on project timelines, material availability, and client requirements.
- **Material & Inventory Management**:

- Maintains a **comprehensive database of materials**, suppliers, and storekeepers.
- Tracks inventory levels, delivery schedules, and coordinates with **storekeepers** for on-site material availability.
- Works with procurement teams to avoid shortages or delays.
- **On-Site Operations Oversight**:

- Deep understanding of **construction workflows, material specifications, and site logistics**.
- Regularly visits sites to monitor progress, resolve bottlenecks, and verify material quality.
- Keeps records of contractors, labourers, and equipment providers.
- **Client & Sales Team Support**:

- Bridges the gap between **sales promises** and **execution feasibility** by advising on material lead times and site constraints.
- Provides backend support for client queries related to project progress or material approvals.
- **Vendor & Supplier Relations**:

- Manages relationships with **material suppliers, logistics partners, and equipment vendors**.
- Negotiates bulk pricing and ensures compliance with project budgets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
