**Job Title: Telecaller - ERP Software Sales**
**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated **Telecaller** to join our sales team and drive the promotion and sales of our **Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software**. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining the benefits of our ERP solution, and generating leads that will contribute to the growth of our business. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a passion for technology, and a keen interest in software sales.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**: Reach out to potential customers (business owners, IT managers, etc.) via phone calls to **introduce our ERP software solutions **and generate interest.
- **Product Promotion**: Educate prospects about the features, benefits, and value of our ERP software, highlighting how it can streamline their business processes, improve efficiency, and help reduce operational costs.
- **Sales Pitch**: Conduct effective sales pitches to engage and persuade potential clients to schedule product demos or sign up for free trials.
- **Qualifying Leads**: Qualify incoming leads by assessing the prospect’s business needs, pain points, and readiness to invest in ERP solutions. Forward qualified leads to the sales team for further follow-up and closure.
- **Scheduling Demos**: Coordinate with prospects to schedule live product demonstrations or meetings with senior sales staff.
- **Customer Engagement**: Engage with existing customers to check in on satisfaction levels, gather feedback, and identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- **Achieve Targets**: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly lead generation and sales targets as set by the sales team or manager.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: 0-6 Months
- Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, or outbound calling is preferred.
**Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the language(s) used for calling.
- Persuasive and confident in presenting the product over the phone.
- Basic understanding of ERP software or the ability to learn quickly about technology products.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills to effectively address customer queries and concerns.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment, meeting daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation goals.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
