**Role overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Deliver high-quality training sessions on** **SAP FICO Topics** **(e.g., SAP FI, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP HCM, etc.)**:

- **Develop and update the curriculum in line with industry standards and best practices.**:

- **Provide mentorship and guidance to students through project-based learning and practical labs.**:

- **Prepare and assess student projects, coding challenges, and evaluations to track progress.**:

- **Assist in creating course materials, assessments, and supplementary resources.**:

- **Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in SAP Modules and integrate them into the course content.**:

- **Conduct regular student evaluations and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.**:

- **Collaborate with other trainers and the academic team to continuously improve the program and student outcomes.**

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **1 to 2+ years of hands-on experience as** **SAP FICO Consultant.**:

- **Prior teaching or training experience is a plus.**:

- **Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.**:

- **Ability to adapt teaching strategies to different learning styles.**:

- **Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for mentoring and educating.**:

- **SAP certification in relevant modules is preferred.**
