DTP Operator

**Location**: Kattupakkam, Chennai

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Formatting and Layout Design**:
Design and format content for print and digital media according to project specifications.

Ensure accurate placement of text, images, and other design elements.

**Document Preparation**:
Prepare and proofread print-ready files in accordance with publishing and printing guidelines.

Adjust layouts for size, resolution, and color correction as needed.

**Software Expertise**:
Work with software such as MS Word, MS Excel & Adobe Acrobat

Convert and export files in required formats (e.g., PDF, EPS, etc.).

**Collaboration**:
Coordinate with content creators, graphic designers, and printers to meet project deadlines.

Understand and implement client requirements effectively.

**Quality Control**:
Conduct quality checks on layouts to ensure they are error-free and meet production standards.

Revise and reformat documents based on feedback.

**Maintenance of Templates and Archives**:
Manage templates and maintain an organized archive of design files for future use.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th pass or diploma/degree in Graphic Design, Printing Technology, or a related field.

**Technical Skills**:
Proficiency in MS Word.

Knowledge of pre-press processes and printing standards.

**Experience**: Previous experience as a DTP Operator or in a similar role is preferred.

**Soft Skills**:
Excellent attention to detail.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work under tight deadlines.
