**Job Title: Tele Counsellor**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Make outbound calls to potential students, providing them with information on programs we offer.**:

- **Qualify leads and convert them into enrolments.**:

- **Build rapport and maintain a positive relationship with prospective students.**:

- **Ensure high call quality and productivity by following established processes and procedures.**:

- **Keep accurate records of all calls made and maintain a database of prospective students.**:

- **Participate in regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and communication skills.**

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum of 1 year of experience in tele-calling or tele-marketing.**:

- **Excellent communication and customer service skills.**:

- **Strong sales and persuasion skills.**:

- **Good organizational and time management skills.**:

- **Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.**
