**Job Title: Data Entry Executive (Excel, Google Sheets & ERP)**

**Department: Production / Inventory Management**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry & Management**:

- Enter and update inventory inward and outward records within Ginesys ERP.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records.
- Cross-check and validate data for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure correct data mapping between ERP and reporting tools.
- **ERP Operations**:

- Utilize Ginesys ERP to process and manage inventory movements.
- Generate and update production reports directly from the ERP system.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:

- Prepare comprehensive inventory and production reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Generate weekly and monthly MIS reports for management review.
- **Coordination & Support**:

- Coordinate with inventory, production, and accounts teams for timely data updates.
- Assist in stock audits and provide necessary data support.
- Maintain high levels of data accuracy.
- **Compliance**:

- Adhere to company policies and data security protocols.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- 1-2 years of proven experience in data entry, inventory management, or ERP operations.
- **ERP Proficiency**:

- Proficient in Ginesys ERP (or familiarity with other ERP systems).
- **Software Skills**:

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF, conditional formatting).
- **Domain Knowledge**:

- Basic understanding of inventory and production processes.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
