Robotics Trainer

**To handle Robotics Training function**
- Responsible for managing infrastructure for training in Bangalore & Other locations
- Developing Training quality, Training infrastructure, Training material
- Coordinating with Global for standardization of training material
- Develop training material and curriculum as per global directions
- Aligning with FS team for getting support of Engineers for giving training
- Fulfilling training requirements of Sales, Customers & Service team
- Responsible for identifying competency gaps in service team and arrange trainings to fill that gap and re-evaluating
- Marketing of Training function & developing that business to next level
- Meeting training business monthly & yearly targets
- Monetization of efforts
- Making Training function technically & Commercially successful
- Customer satisfaction ( internal & external Customers)
- Monthly customer visits across India and also Other Locations
Support other teams in Maintaining the demo cells and Customer Exp center (CEC)
- Technical background, Preferably post Graduate, Having Industrial & Robotics experience
- Got good experience in teaching, coordinating, Experience in Technical Sales
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
