**Description**:
**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-2 years of call center/customer service experience (healthcare preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English& Malayalam language.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, hospital software).
- Ability to multitask and work in rotational shifts

**Responsibilities**:

- Attend inbound and outbound patient calls promptly.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with respective departments.
- Provide information about hospital services, doctors, and facilities.
- Record call details, maintain patient databases, and ensure follow-ups.
- Handle patient concerns with professionalism and empathy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
