We have an urgent requirement for a Leasing Company based in Powai, Mumbai for Officer/Sr Officer - Operations

Job Description:

- Issuance of purchase order for purchase of equipment
- Issuance of legal documents for customer’s signature like Master Rental Agreement, Lease Schedule, etc
- Follow-up with vendors for tax invoice & other delivery documents
- Checking of vendor’s invoice and other delivery documents
- Data entry work in SAP Business One for a contract
- Generation of rental invoices & sending it customer on its due date
- Follow-up for rental collection like calling to customer, sending soft reminders to customer.
- Accounting of collection in SAP system
- Resolving customer’s query with respect to rental invoice or their outstanding

We are looking for a person who has below mentioned skill/knowledge.
- Person should be CA Inter, post -graduate (pursuing professional courses viz - CMA/CCA, etc)
- Prior experience of 3-5 years is required.
- Should be well versed with in MS Office.
- Person should have good communication skill.
- Person should have exposure to SAP Business One system, preferable.
