INSTITUTIONS
4. E MAILERS: SHE HAS TO SEND THANKS EMAIL AFTER EVERY NEW VISIT AS THE SAME

TIME WHEN THE EXECUTIVE SHARES THE EMAIL IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE VISIT
UPDATED IN WHATSAPP GROUP

EMAIL DURATION
- FIRST/ THANKS EMAIL ON 1ST VISIT
- 2ND EMAIL WHEN APPOINTMENT GIVEN BY INSTITUTE
- 3RD EMAIL WHEN PPT IS DONE
- ON EVERY OCCASION FESTIVAL OR ANY EVENT SHE HAS TO SEND WISHES ON

EMAILS
- TO MAINTAIN OFFICE DIRECTORY.

5. ATTENDANCE SHOULD BE MARKED BY COUNSELOR WHEN EXECUTIVES SHARE LIVE
LOCATION IN WHATSAPP GROUP & TO BE NOTED DOWN IN ATTENDANCE REGISTER.

6. INWARD & OUTWARD REGISTER TO BE MAINTAINED ( STOCK/ BROCHURES/
LETTERS/COURIERS)

**Competencies**
- Good communication Skills.
- Excellent convincing and coordination skills.
- Confident and Presentable.
- Graduation is Must
- Minimum 1yrs experience
