Centre for Strategy and Leadership (CSL) implements various programmes and initiatives for Central & State Governments, various Government departments & Institutions, PSUs and private organisations (national and international).

We are looking for skilled and passionate animators, and, the primary work will involve ideation, building characters, creating scenes, objects, and, animating the same as per the storyline. Animations will be done for a diverse set of topics including products, video guides, B-Rolls, short films, Insta reels, etc.

**Responsibilities**
- Understand project briefs and requirements
- Using creativity and artistic techniques to conceptulaise various characters, objects and scenes and their interactions.
- Creating storyboards that depict the script and narrative
- Drawing sketches, artwork or illustrations of characters, object, backgrounds, scenes, and environments as per requirement
- Create 2D and 3D models of characters and objects as per requirement
- Animating and developing the timing and pace of the movements of characters and/or objects
- Adding relevant and matching soundtrack, audio and sound effects
- Presenting the final animated piece for approval, listening to feedback and altering animations as per requirements
- Working to production deadlines and meeting requirements
- Working as part of a broader team, which might include coordinating with graphics design, video editing, social media, marketing and branding teams

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Expertise in popular animation, graphics design and video editing software such as Animate CC, Blender, Illustrator CC, After Effects CC, Corel Draw, Premier Pro CC, Da Vinci Resolve etc.
- Minimum 3 years prior experience of creating diverse animations covering a range of characters, objects and scenes.
- Good communication skills

**A work portfolio must be submitted before the interview**

**Salary**: From ₹30,000.00 per month
