Salem, India KIDS CAREER ACADEMY Full time

As a Fluent English Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective training sessions that focus on improving fluency, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, and confidence in spoken English. You will work with learners of various backgrounds, helping them achieve their language goals for academic, professional, or personal development

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct interactive English language training sessions (off line classes)
- Customize lesson plans based on learners’ needs and skill levels
- Help learners improve their spoken fluency, pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary
- Facilitate group discussions, role plays, and real-life speaking scenarios
- Provide regular feedback and progress assessments
- Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment
- Stay updated with modern teaching methods and tools

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in English, Education, Communication, or a related field
- Excellent fluency in spoken and written English
- Previous experience as an English Trainer, Language Coach, or similar role (preferred)
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
- TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification is a plus

**Preferred Skills**:

- Creative and engaging teaching style
- Patience and adaptability to different learning speeds
- Ability to inspire and motivate learners
- Knowledge of assessment tools and techniques

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
