- Your role will require you to utilize your experience in and knowledge of insurance/reinsurance and underwriting processes to process transactions for the Underwriting Support Teams and communicate with the Onsite Team._

- Responsibilities_
- _Transaction processing for Underwriting Support Teams_
- _Knowledge of Market Reform Contract (Slip), it's sections and details such as written line, Sign Line etc. as well as carrier generated policy documentation._
- _Exposure to London Market i.e., Company and Bureau markets is preferable._
- _Invoice production and provision of credit control support_
- _Responsible to comprehend, good customer service attitude to clearly articulate the resolution._
- _Responsible to balance dynamic volumes of workloads and to reach targets and deadlines on a timely basis._
- _Data collection, formatting, and analysis_
- _Document production, collection, and distribution_
- _Supporting client teams in the UK and liaising with their colleagues on a multi-national basis_
- _Operational support with multiple activities for client service teams_

- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualifications_
- _Graduate (in any discipline)_
- _Should have knowledge of Insurance lifecycle._
- _Demonstrate and cultivate customer focus, collaboration, accountability, initiative, and innovation._
- _Proficient in English language
- both written and oral_
- Preferred Qualification_
- _Insurance domain awareness_
- _P&C Underwriting knowledge_
- _Good knowledge of MS Office_
- _Higher certifications preferred
- LM1 & LM2_
