**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Delivery**:

- Design and implement lessons aligned with the school's curriculum and academic standards.
- **Student Engagement**:

- Use interactive and age-appropriate methods to make learning enjoyable and effective.
- Encourage participation, discussion, and reading habits among students.
- **Assessment & Evaluation**:

- Monitor and evaluate student progress through formative and summative assessments.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare student progress reports.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a positive, safe, and disciplined classroom environment that supports learning.
- Implement behavior management strategies when needed.
- **Literacy Development**:

- Promote reading through storytelling, library sessions, reading circles, and other literacy-enriching activities.
- Encourage creative and analytical writing through structured exercises and free expression.
- **Parent Communication**:

- Communicate regularly with parents through meetings, written reports, and informal updates.
- Provide support for students with specific learning needs in collaboration with parents and other staff.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest educational practices, English language teaching methodologies, and assessment strategies.
- Participate in school training sessions and workshops.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or equivalent teaching qualification preferred
- **Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in teaching English at the primary level preferred
- **Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Creative and student-centered approach to teaching
- Ability to differentiate instruction for varied learning styles and abilities
- Proficiency in using digital tools and educational technology

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,929.92 - ₹38,000.00 per month
